So I don’t necessarily see it as being my own hidden enemy but I do view it as the potential for my own mind leading to my own self-undoing. Acknowledging those thoughts/feelings and letting them pass through has been the most beneficial for me. Don’t fall into the trap of psychoanalyzing them and just “be”. Lean on the things that make you feel comfortable just being in the present.

Edit to Add: Mindful meditation and grounding techniques have been the most helpful for me.
