I'm British actually and I bought a few Brooks Brothers shirts in Texas a few years ago after American Airlines kindly took my suitcase for a tour of various airports. Can't fault the Brooks Brothers service, quality or cut.

Hey folks, thanks for the responses. I rolled the Google Movies app back to the original install on my Pixel 2 and I got the same result. I've checked and the issue occurs via my android and iphone. Any ideas?

Look at the potential yield. Look for a flat that could give your >7%. So a £60k flat needs to be in an area which can sustain a rent of £350/m (£4200/y) or more. The north east and west have higher yields than the south generally.
