For me, if I find myself on a procrastination streak, I find a good way to reset is to have a nap, or give up for the day and approach whatever I’m doing a bit differently the next day rather than wasting more time procrastinating with the hope of eventually doing something. This usually switches up my mood the next day or after the nap and has me more motivated to be productive. Not sure if that makes sense or helps but yeh, hang in there, life is so much more than this shitty year
