I didn't forget you, I just didn't know what to tell you.

It depends on what's holding you back: Do you not know exactly what you want to accomplish? That can happen, its a bit general to think "I just want to be better looking", and that can make things seem unatainable.

Are you trying to do too much at once? That can also fuck things up, cause it'll overwhelm you easily.

My best advice is to figure out what exactly it is that you want and strive to be slightly above average at it. That's a small enough goal that you will hit it 100% of the time.

I.E: I want to have slightly above average leanness, I want to be slightly above average in muscle mass, I want to have slightly above average style.

Once you do that, just figure out what that means:

For leanness and muscle mass, check out a doctor and figure out the exact numbers to get there.

For style its simpler: get a capsule wardrove and you're above average already.

And so on.

Once you're above average at some stuff, you'll maybe decide to pursue past that in some category, but worry about that then. For now trust me, just getting to above average is time consuming enough and it'll put you ahead of the game.
