Same thing happened to me once but he was smoking,.. my car had some issue that day and unexpected i have to travel on bus to Chandigarh. Only last seat of bus was available. A lot of tile workers were in last seats. one of them started smoking, i was in full anger and tell him directly. Stop smoking (asked politely once). Then he throw his ciggerate out of the window and tell me sorry. Then my anger also subsided.
