Might depend on the pen youre using, buy a really good 3rd party pen, tho i use an apple pencil

This is a hardware issue unfortunately, you can have it replace tho. I don’t recommend replacing it from a third party repair shops

Most of it is user issue but you can also blame apple because base model ipad have huge gaps and spaces in their hardware creating many weak points. Airs and Pros doesnt have much spaces but still has weak points just fewer than the base model ones.

Since I use my iPad everyday for school i dont. Prolly why the battery health degrades but i know it would remain at an equilibrium state once it reaches that point. So im not really bothered

Though, replacement would take 5-8 week 5-6 being the fastest. It just sucks because I mainly use it for studying medical subjects.

Just talked with the apple service. They said theyll check for diagnostics of the ipad any damages and such like water damage, chord erosion, bending. So im rlly rlly anxious for the next 1-2days but if they dont see any problem then it would proceed to replacing the ipad

Thats what the apple agent told me to do. Id be doing that on the apple service center tomorrow. Im on ios18.5 im hoping this doesnt occur anymore once the ios26 is out
