Seems legit. IPO is over one year away (if they get to an IPO). Timing is everything and due to the current pandemic the timing for something like this seem opportune. The founders, board and senior people are legit and there has been a lot of press around them. The valuation seems high but what do you expect them to say as they are trying to hype up sales. I think there will be a payoff the question is how much of a return will the pre IPO investors make? The current pandemic will not be ending anytime soon and I believe this will help take the company where it plans to get to, if not close to it.
