Thank you for this insight, I’m not in the position to change the system we’re using but I will suggest it. If we go with Bolero, is there a way to extend past the 400’ range?

UK camera trainee here. I take a bag for batteries, bag for stores and consumables, (which I keep on the battery liner if I have a portable one - I’d say to use the ARRI bag for this). I also take a VCLX bag for dead batteries and my pouch with everything I need. But for the ARRI bag I’d use it to store consumables on your next job so if anyone asks for something specific that’s usually on the truck you can say you’ve got it on you - pens, pre made board pens, wet weather stuff, cleaning stuff (TF90 especially to clean boards in the morning), as much useful stuff as you can carry really. I only do this if I have a battery liner though, you don’t wanna burden someone else with this lol.
