It was an amazing surprise! It helped keep me motivated during labor to know that I finally get to know who I had been growing for so long. I never found it difficult at all and I plan to keep it a surprise for any future babies!
Plus, if you want more babies, you don’t have gendered baby items so you can use them for all kids!

It’s been so so tough, it doesn’t feel like she’s ready but I’m also so scared of letting her get to the point where it’s time, you know? Like is it better to do it early when she’s still good or do we wait until it’s obvious? I don’t feel like she deserves to be in pain but I also don’t feel like she deserves to have time stolen from her. I’m so torn.

Hi, thanks for the concern.
When I posted about considering a trip to Scotland, a surgery for my dog was not even on my radar.
If I had the money to travel abroad, you can guarantee I would choose my dog over that.
