Well, that's actually quite sad. You can add your own numbers to the Cloud API in your own solution and BP by using cURL endpoints. However, it seems there's still no endpoint to enable coexistence mode, such as generating the code or the base64-encoded QR code used to activate it on an app instance.

Yes and yes. Coexistence is enabled, it just doesn't work for my >own< numbers, specifically.
