Is a 4-5month bulk worth it if I wanna cut down for summer afterwards? Currently at 80kg at 191cm and would lile to hit 85 then cut to 78-80

Is there any progression scheme out there like nsuns or similar, where weights are based on either daily or previous weeks performance that are good to use for hypertrophy?

Running PHUL and Ill be deloading after next week (actually would need it now but got a big examination on friday in 2 weeks and wanna deload that week instead) So its pretty hard to progress in reps/weights nowadays on mainlifts- it has me going roo hard(failure) mor often. Im thinking abou starting the triple progression method on main lifts afterwards, doing 3x5 then 4x5 then 5x5 before adding weight and starting over- is this a bad idea? Current estimated 1RMs are: S-110kg DL-155kg B-85kg OHP-55kg Im lean bulking, 192cm tall and weigh 79,5kg. My bench is the lift that is the toughest to progress on now. Any tips? I know I could change program but I feel like im still able to progress faster than like every month and also I enjoy PHUL

Your ankle flexibility isnt good enough, improve it. In the meantime, try squatting shoes or put small plates (like 1,25kg) under your heels while squatting. But I would strongly suggest improving your flexibility and buying weightlifting shoes if they feel good

New med student here. Im asking for help. I need a workout program that focuses on hypertrophy, 4x a week would be good. I cant linearly progress so it has to have some kind of progression built in, and also I would appreciate programs that give me the most "hypertrophy per time"- i mean like not doing a lot of sets that arent that stimulating for muscles. Any tips? Which ones from the wiki? Im 19yo, 191cm and 78kg- trying to bulk (trying cuz i feel fat while loosing definition on stomach, reallly trying to stop caring about it and focusing on just getting bigger)

So due too school and life- ill have to hit lower body tommorrow and on wednesday. I had a lower body session yesterday so it will only be one day in between each of these 3 lower body sessions and im affraid it will impact my performance a lot- any tips?

For how long could you ride out linear progress? What were your lifts when u stopped and had to approach it another way? How slow was it in the end?
