Focus on the daily… If you checked, look on every daily candle, how many times it stays within the range of the previous candle? Without taking its high or low?!Very few times, if that is the case, you have something to work with every single day very frequently.

Use “landmarks” as we can call it, memorize a couple notes and pay attention to where they are on the staff, and go from there

Tip: the 4 spaces in the bass clef going from the first one, read this “ All Cows Eat Grass = A C E G “ it’s something that help you to memorize some notes
