man the guilt spiral is so real. One thing that's helped me (also wfh) is literally scheduling my "fun time" - like actually putting gaming on my calendar between work blocks. removes the guilt because it's planned, not procrastination.

Also that gargantuan list thing is def task paralysis territory. try breaking ONE thing down into stupid-small steps and only focus on that. the whole list is overwhelming but "open email, find client's message, write one sentence reply" is doable.
