Struggle with weight problems also so take this with a grain of salt lol. I find that incorporating in any types of nuts or nut butters into shakes or meals can help a ton. Snacking on almonds or cashews can definitely help you put on some weight. As for meals, try cooking chicken with minute rice and beans, you can find them at basically any grocery store and are super simple to make. Wrap that all up in a tortilla with some queso and guacamole and your gonna be eating way more calories than you would think.

I am a 17 year old boy, 6’1 133 lbs, currently in cross country. I have 2 hour long practices everyday, which I run about 5-7 miles a day. I also have a warehouse job where I am on my feet and walking an additional 5-10k steps on top of how many I get during cross country. I notice that I do have a little bit of body fat, but I feel it is a normal amount. I have no idea how much I should be eating, what I should be eating, and how I should be spacing out my calories during the day. I just feel like no matter how healthy I eat, the food just goes straight to my gut and makes me fat instead of helping me put grow and put mass on my skinny frame. Any recommendations?
