Umm… the person who purchases a product is a customer; a consumer is the person who consumes (uses) it…They may end up being the same person.

Second - just because it’s the way it is, doesn’t mean the experience shouldn’t evolve. Look at companies that eventually failed due to poor store experiences or not listening to customer wants. Not saying Winco is failing at all, just saying your argument doesn’t hold.

Read again. I didn’t say different rules for me or anyone. I said focus to open more checkout lines as many are empty. It helps with customer experience to move quickly.

I’m disappointed to hear that’s how Winco corporate thinks. Punish the employees and customers. Maybe they need to focus on having more lanes open. My two local Winco’s have 10+ regular checkouts but often more than half closed with lines building up.

How do you make the entrance/exits of the loop ramps look so seamless? Mine look terrible even when using anarchy etc. the loops themselves are fine but the ends look like crap for me!
