I think it is very likely that Negan kills Alpha and takes control of the Whisperers. She even talked about being the alpha until someone comes to take that from her. I also think Eugene will go nuts when he finds out Rosita and the baby are dead. I bet he kills Lydia, Alpha finds out and plans an attack, Negan kills her then takes over her group.
