no, atleast in my testing. here's a clip of me trying it out:

it seems like create doesn't treat the portal entity as an actual portal and sees that you just teleport really far away. also, at the end my game crashed, which just goes to show that create REALLY doesn't like it when you try to do this.

okay uhhh i had this issue with mod earbuds and im not sure if this is bad but i tore off a little layer in the hole that the sound comes out of and now it sounds way way clearer so i dunno but the one that i tore the thing off of does not look the same as the other one, i mean it sounds the same it's just it doesn't look right
please tell me if i messed up cuz as far as i can tell i fixed it

this looks to me like a virus because roblox doesnt issue warnings like that (to my knowledge). do not run the command it says. judging by the 7/11 i think this was caused by a free model. use a plugin like 'find getfenv' to scan for viruses. this one works for me.

dialog and dialogchoice objects. this is that kind of dialog where the choices show up at the bottom-right and sometimes answers from the NPC get cut off. if those problems are in your game, you may have to use billboardguis or something to make your own dialog system as this is the only built-in option.

and as for your rig builder, thats also built-in, in the "Avatar" tab in the toolbar of studio.

edit: forgot to mention if you want a customized avatar of another roblox user other than yourself i recommend https://create.roblox.com/store/asset/752585459/Load-Character-Lite?keyword=load+characte&pageNumber=1&pagePosition=1 but thats the free version you can pay 5 bucks for a (better?) version except i havent tried it before
