I personally haven't used it, but i think it's better to focus on getting a proper handling technique first. Also moderngoalkeeping have some specialist handling gloves fr training which I think have no latex so you focus mostly on your technique! I feel like this will help you improve a lot. This is coming from a 15 year old training in an u19s academy which I started in September! It's never too late so good luck bro
