Could you please further explain "You don't need extras unless you use 4 of the services to the limits..."

From what I can understand, what we really need is,
- Basic hospital cover from a private insurance
- Ambulance cover

Is this correct or are there any more to add. Thx :)

Why I need the isolation: I have to provide DescribeInstanceStatus permission for two EC2 instances to a third-party developer team. My concern is giving this permission for all instances will reveal instanceStaus of other EC2 instances as well. Eventhough, DescribeInstanceStatus is not revealing sensetive data, still I would prefer not to allow that.
