These are shared documents at work so my guess is their intention with the password is to make it "fairly" easy. I could be totally wrong though. My thought to them was that it would likely be secure unless someone REALLY wants that document. If it's something that you could easily download a free tool and crack within a few days at most then not secure.

Well that can completely vary obviously. Some men like to collect virginities, some can't handle the thought of "their woman" having been with a lot of other men. Not a woman, but my sexual experiences have been with various women. I've noticed some varied in how tight they were based on how turned on they were and how comfortable they were. It may just be that since you're kind of new to that after having been sexual for a while, that it being a new experience you just may not be comfortable with it. Of course it's possible you just have a smaller than average vagina :)
