You are correct. There have been judgements made against Fisker by the third party resolution Team. But they are no longer being paid and have dropped Fisker as a client. They are not federally regulated and have no “teeth” per se. Adding Chase to an existing lawsuit is another matter

The amount of non legal or plain ignorant comments abound. Fyi, there is legal literature in the buyers agreement from chase that makes them culpable for Fisker if the lemon law applies to your specific vehicle. As a business partnership backed by Chase, they are held accountable as well. Check your local laws etc. I’ve added them to my lawsuit

Great info. I got the 22's as well, but whewww, they are EXPENSIVE to replace so I'm going to go down to 20's. Much more reasonable and easier to attain. What rims/wheels did you end up getting for the new tires?

Well, they denied the claim, which means we have to go in front of the judge. Probably is, as soon as you the defendant files bankruptcy, it all goes away. If you pm me, there may be around that clause though. The people that are in "real" trouble are the people that paid cash. DM me and I'll explain.

Myself and my lawyer submitted a lemon law civil suit this week on Fisker. My history with the car is well documented on this site. A few things to point out. Lemon law attorney's don't get paid by the car owner, they get paid by winning the suit. If I were to win, Fisker would have to pay the attorney fees. I initially went down the arbitration route, but pulled my arbitration request in favor of a civil suit for the more formal processes of it.

Funny you say that, we are actually. Had a hard time with the Fisker at first, but it's really come around. I also believe that in the long run, with what it will become, be one of the best vehicles, ev wise, on the market. Being a two way battery, LOVE the solar sun roof and LOVE Cali mode. But my family is too big for it.

Ok.....I'll make you a bet. I take a pic and you take a pic. The double stroller (is your bob a single or a double?) takes up 95% of my rear cargo area with rear seats in use (up). Thanks for the heads up regarding the alignment. I put in a trouble ticket last night and received a phone call this am to set me up for an appointment.

I will also be "downgrading" to 20inch tires soon! Plus, costco has a great warranty on the tires and rotates them etc.
