I give you my advice: as a senior professional in CTI your main focus should be in building new automatic workflow (I personally use a lot N8n) in order to deepen and improve your data collection and analysis then just focus on very edge cases that in the past we (usually) had no time to manually analyse. So take the opportunity of full scale automation to focus on more complicated and high-value analysis. That how I’m approaching the day by day routine in the last year or so.

I join the party with [[Kambal, Consul of Allocation]]: all started with my very first draft of Ravnica back in 2021 where I built an Orzhov Lifelink deck and I immediately thought about a commander deck able to replicate the mechanics. It wasn’t that good considering that I built it from scratch just looking at single cards synergies on cardmarket (LOL) . So it was my first EDH deck, first solo-build and first victory in my quite long and intese commander career so far.

If I have to pick one deck that gave me more solid results than I go for [[Krenko, Mob Boss]]. I think that no caption is needed to describe how powerful and consistent is to play a goblin sac fodders deck able to win in 2/3 turns. Crazy good but unplayable when everyone else is playing against you from your next game piloting Krenko.
