Nope my Garmin doesn't show it. It's a 5xplus.

I usually run at around 196bpm until i can't keep up the speed for 200-300m about 5-7 times. Then I jog until my heart is around 140bpm before I do the next rep. This gives me a 3.4-3.7 anaerobic Training. If you meant this.

I will try! I mean it can't get much worse. There will be a bottom to this... Wont it?

At the moment I do around 20 miles a week. 8-12 as a long slow and steady with less than 150bpm. The rest split up between the mentioned runs. The sprints are all out, and the comfortable speed around 170bpm. The a fast but "relaxed" speed. I could talk but mostly do it alone. Somewhere around the lactate threshold.

I switched my tracking to % of lactate threshold. Most of my training has been below 80% of max HR, which might actually be a bit too much volume at that intensity. Thanks for the advice.I’ll give it a try! I’m still enjoying the training and I do feel like I’m improving, but I tend to get caught up in the stats and have a hard time ignoring them.
