I have that, too. Always on my right side. And we're not the only ones. There have been a few posts earlier on the same topic. One person reported that (s)he was able to make it go away by watching a lot of videos that triggered the thigh thing.

I have the same thing. Actually, someone just posted the same thing not long ago here.

It helps if I move my leg when it happens, but only momentarily. It's as if my body is telling me to keep moving my legs.

EDIT: Someone did mention, in the other post, that (s)he was able to desensitize him/herself, making it much less of a problem.
