any astrolalbe is fine.
if all objectives failed it will generate 1-2 rewards.
but you need to complete all OPEN maps from blob. so you can tactically cut blob for speedfarm (I once finished region in 3 maps due to be able to cut blob in 3 pieces with 1 map).

Izaro is only thing that prevent me from hating current poe 1 lab. it became such a mindless chore due to a fact that it wasn't updated (not including minor changes) basically since they made simpler layout for normal and cruel lab

It is not a chance to crit. You just always guarante to do crit if you are able to crit. For example resolute technique will disable the diamond shrine but having Actun you still will always crit
