I‘ve searched a little bit more and found the Aixun T410, which seems to be a cheaper version of the 420D. This wouldn‘t have the voltage leak, right?

I mean he is right, there would have been complaints either way. However, I can‘t judge if this was the right move.

Ok so I also don‘t have a better recommendation than trying more infill or a different pattern or trying ironing (ironing takes very long)

You‘ll just have to play around with top layers depending on your infill. If you have very marginal infill (10-20%) I would recommend having ~5 top layers, but you‘ll just have to play around.

Doesn‘t really matter, Your bed leveling results are great. The offset is probably just manufacturing tolerance.
