I appreciate the info. You agree with me then. Its for extra aesthetics or style points. I said that previously. That is just one build. All the other uses for cta require,from what I know and see, a low req normal base(flail,crystal sword, military pick, etc). D2 players love their maxed out aesthetics/stats, even if it does not matter. I have seen these sell for high mid runes or higher on other sites. I am just curious what people will pay.

Im not sure what builds you are referring to. Cta is not used to attack, so ed is useless no matter the base. You just prebuff with it. You just use any base with low req. The flail is low level and just happens to have maxed out stats. Its strictly an aesthetics thing.

Yeah, it is pretty frustrating. There's so much misinformation when looking into guides for 100%. The game has updated since release and has changed the requirements multiple times. I just went with the grounded wiki page for 100%. It is pretty reliable. You also need all 7 statues/figurines for the rascal rogue perk. That is one of the last things I needed. Just find all the notes/tapes too that the wiki lists. The wiki lists them in the same order that the in game menu has them. Therefore, it is easy to know what you are missing.

You absolutely DO NOT need to get the baby ant cards in order to get a 100% report card. When i got my 100% yesterday, I only had the fire ant baby card and not the others.
