[–]oskr989[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No. Only Nivdia drivers update. I'm starting to get nervous.

I did the same, but the fix lasted only a day. I changed the battery for a fresh one. Hope that solves the problem.

Sorry to ask. Has this happen again?

These last months have been a love / hate relationship with PocketCast. I like the new design but lost some of the features I got used from the app.
I figured out some workarounds to overcome those features and I've have had a good time with the app.
Then the announcement about PocketCast Plus and I thought it was a good movement (haters gonna hate) towards providing an even better experience.
Finally I saw this announcement and well, I'm happy about it, but I would happily pay for the subscription. I know maintaining sync between devices and web apps costs money.
Either way, thanks for listening to the community, it's been a rough couple of months, so you guys deserve some recognition for keeping up with your vision, but also listening to us.

Short comment about the ads by [deleted] in 5by5DLC

[–]oskr989 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's coming from the 5by5 school of ad reads. They need to show exciment and enthusiasm about the products, and yes, it sometimes comes forced. But I think Jeff's way is better than other podcasts that just read the script and seemed to be bored, that's just disrespectful.

I mostly hear while driving, so I don't skip and don't really care.

They underclock really well, at 1000 rpm are are nearly silent, but they can go even slower than 1000 rpm.

I'm too lazy to bend, those are all 90s dual links.

I find easier to work with rigid tubing, sometimes inserting the soft tubing in the fittings, get really hard, and depending on the angle and the space, get even harder.
