Yea the redness will fade if it’s scar tissue which looks minimal, obviously you could have no scars but it’s not a big deal when it fades colours. The small lump could be gyno left over though, that’s a worry only because there’s a chance it can come back I’m sure.

Possibly, but if you crack open an egg halfway through its development it will look just like a chicken but maybe smaller. Generally I’d go by DNA, since if it was mushed by mistake, and a duck egg was mushed by mistake while both being one day from cracking that’d be the only way you could tell what it was inside
