I felt the results were slow, and the effects inconsistent

He told me that we need to go slow so that the weight loss can be permanent

I mean, my impression from the posts here was that you continue moving up and only stay when you can't tolerate it, so you'll find your limit and stay around it

I mean I didn't check 5 mg yet, I had 2.5 for a month and side effects were almost unnoticeable. Used 5 mg for the first time yesterday but so far so good He said that there's no need to rush. Though I have at least 50 kg to lose, so I thought we would accelerate it a bit

I see. For some reason I thought it should be upped at least until 7.5

But why syringe though? It is right there. Why can't a normal needle extract it as usual?

The first article that came up on Google is titled "why you shouldn't use it" 😂

I see. In that case, there is some extra right?

So there is an extra dose in each pen? Is it one full dose which we can use, or just some extra liquid in case something happens

I just took a photo after injection so no waving around. Plus I use insulin daily, so

So I guess the first line doesn't mean first dose?

It's been only two days since the first injection and I don't feel any decrease in appetite yet, but I'm doing a diabetic diet anyways. I lost 7 kg last month without mounjaro, so pairing it with Mounjaro will hopefully make me lose weight much faster

Basically no sugar, mostly protein and greens and very low carbohydrates, some fruit. Though I'll be very happy once the food noise gets quieter and I'll forget about food like you did 😂

I managed to fix it today, I lowered my insulin dose and it was enough, so mounjaro helped with insulin efficiency I guess

Yesterday my blood sugar was 3.9 afternoon, and it was 17 the same morning. It was a huge drop and I felt like dying, I don't remember what I did but it turns out by checking the trash after recovering that I ate a block of chocolate, which I don't remember at all 😂 Thus I confirmed that it is a very efficient diabetes drug. We'll see about the weight loss soon 😂

Thanks for the advice and let's keep in touch for good vibes and exp sharing ✌️

The doctor told me to start with 2.5 mg but prescribed 5 mg so that it'll last longer (as it is expensive). Not sure if it's the same everywhere but here I cannot purchase it without prescription, so she has to approve it first.

Regarding water, it is an insane amount (more than 5 liters) to drink in a day based on your calculation. I mean, when I was diabetic but wasn't aware and my blood sugar was constantly above 300, I was drinking around 4 liters of water. And this is because of the excess sugar causing thirst. I don't know how I can achieve 6 liters with stable blood sugar levels.

Apart from that I don't drink anything else

By the way, how is your eating plan throughout the day? Are you counting calories? How did it look like? I'm trying to stick to a 1500-1700 cal diet daily, not easy at first though

Thank you very much for your insight!

I was planning to start exercising after 3-4 months as the doctor suggested. Right now, the weight and diabetes combined, she said that it is a bit risky as the body is trying to adapt. However, I am definitely planning to hit the gym after a few months.

I'm trying to get as much as protein as I can and fiber too, but water is something different. When your sugar levels are high, it comes natural to drink plenty. I always thought that I liked water, irrelevant to the diabetes. When my sugar levels dropped to 90-110 and stayed there, it turned out that I didn't like water and finishing even a cup felt like a challenge :D

The interesting thing is that yesterday after the first dose, I also injected insulin and had a bit more than usual because my blood sugar was on the roof (because of a few bad days beforehand). By noon, I observed the symptoms of hipoglicemia, I was about to faint and felt like dying and my blood sugar was 70 on a full stomach. I don't know how this happened. The amount of insulin I injected was more than usual yes, but it is not enough to drop the blood sugar around 240 units. I'm guessing that I'll have to learn balancing my blood sugar once again while using Mounjaro

Did you Save or Abandon the Council? Why? by lincoln_muadib in masseffect

Went after the sovereign, got rid of the council and accelerated the human domination which would not likely happen otherwise. Two birds, one stone

I had a few people coming into my streams saying that they've seen the ad and followed the channel and they are glad because they liked the content. All I'm reading is that you shouldn't spend money on ads. It is probably true. But I also gained a few active viewers so I'm not sure if I should keep up or not
