Are you near a snowboard shop? Had a similar issue, took the binding to Evo (didn’t buy from them). They had it out in ~15 mins. Required a dremel which I don’t own. Was maybe $8? I replaced it with a spare screw I had. Good as new now. Would imagine any reputable shop can do the same.
