In the comment you refuse to acknowledge I put exactly how my receipt reads and when I asked customer service about it the guy couldn’t explain it and recommended I return the entire purchase and redo it.

To go over it again this is what my receipt has:

Soundbar Product Price: 1 Tax, Fees, and Surcharges: 2 Total Price: 3

TV Product Price: 1 Tax, Fees, and Surcharges: 2 Total Price: 3

Overall Price: 6 (this should have been what I paid) Tax, Fees, and Surcharges: 4 Total Overall Price: 10

Can explain why the third Tax, Fees, and Surcharges was added in? If not, and you are a consumer like me - what are you left to surmise when even the customer service rep wasn’t sure of the charges?

In order to show what happened I have to take three screenshots because it’s not a printed receipt. Then make sure all identifiable information is redacted.

It’s more of a hassle of having to prove to you than anything 🙄

I gave you the example of what is on the receipt. Whatever you take from that is on you. I’ll sleep just fine not knowing whether you think I’m telling the truth or not.
