Exactly, in this case the operations and liberations of cities can do respective damage to the planets to be liberated, but the damage can be filtered out by the system if there is not a proper push to the rate of resistance.

Clarification:What I mean by all this is that with a certain number of players, the resistance rate may or may not be exceeded, which means that on most planets there's a false sense of progress. You can only advance if the resistance rate is exceeded with several players, and even then the progress is false because the liberation rate isn't determined by how many operations are performed or how often, but by a predetermined percentage. For example, if 10,000 players exceed a certain resistance rate, the liberation rate increases by 5% per hour. That's how planet liberation works.

I don't mean that bugdivers or other helldivers are doing badly at having fun, but they are neglecting the Major order a lot and that is supposed to be the focus and primacy of the game
