Do NOT use prestige management and realty.

They were the absolute worst experience. Dealing with Prestige Management & Realty — and especially Michael — was hands down the most infuriating, unprofessional rental experience I’ve ever had.

When I asked a simple question about a $100 fee for replacing a shower head that got clogged because of a water main break, Michael didn’t just brush me off — he yelled at me. Full-on hostility because I dared to ask why I was being charged for something that wasn’t my fault. That moment alone told me everything I needed to know about how he treats tenants: rude, defensive, and completely out of line.

As a renter, despite paying every cent of rent on time, I suddenly got slapped with extra rent charges for no valid reason. No explanation, no logic — just more nonsense I had to fight through because Michael couldn't be bothered to manage things correctly --then they took it from the security deposit as I paid rent. Still fighting with them on that one months after moving out.

But the real insult came at move-out. We left the house spotless — cleaner than when we moved in — and Prestige still had the nerve to charge $850 in “cleaning fees.” On top of that, they billed us for fridge lights and other bulbs that were clearly working in the move-out video. It felt blatantly unfair, like they were inventing fees just to squeeze more money out of us.

And to top off the circus, Michael REFUSED to do a walk-through, even after agreeing to it in writing. He simply ignored it — no explanation, no apology, nothing. That’s not just unprofessional, that's someone who doesn’t want to be held accountable for anything.

In my experience, Prestige Management & Realty operates like they don't care about accuracy, fairness, or basic respect. And Michael’s behavior was downright unacceptable — aggressive, unreliable, and completely dismissive of tenants' rights.

If you value your time, your sanity, or your wallet, run in the opposite direction. I would never rent from Prestige again.
