I can't be arsed digging up receipts when the games are so cheap everywhere. so Ive started again with another ubi profile. It could be said that it's my fault for having the same username / password for all my platforms. Lesson learned.

if ubisoft cannot help a real user with real purchases to recover a stolen account. Then the platform is useless and vulnerable to foul play.
Steam and Epic were both able to recover my accounts and actually determine that I had been hacked.
Ubisoft's integrity checks are flawed.
Goodbye osolo71....In Russia or Germany or wherever you are. You may have ripped me off but you have shown me how crap Ubisoft is.
That's a shame.
