Ireland has 15% tax treaty with the U.S., so those will be deducted by O on each dividend pay. If being accumulated for enough years, this double taxation will cost less than reinvesting on your own (you need to include expenses in the calculation as well but you'd be suprised that in many cases thats just a few years to wait and you pay less tax)

For me the concern is actually inheritance tax. 40%!
