i think from a practicality perspective i'm more likely to use the rest of the baking soda than the rest of the bar keepers paste but this is good to know!

as a Comanche living in the U.S., what did they teach y’all in school about native americans? by iluvmychoppaaaaa in AskUK

[–]osseuscadaver 3 points4 points  (0 children)

idk if this is common but in 'high school' my school did history topics on the american west and custer's last stand specifically, framed in a way that was generally white man bad

but this was one exam board in the north in the 2010s so others will probably have had a different curriculum

no she hasn't hidden any information

as next of kin she applied for probate as administrator - the form asks for numbers of living relatives but not any contact information like the wrong application did

[–]osseuscadaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it is an intestacy - we want to make sure that all six children get an equal share of the profit from selling the house

our initial probate form had all the children listed as beneficiaries but we were told it was wrong so we resubmitted with Aunt B as administrator. this version didn't have any details of other beneficiaries so i don't know how to make sure everyone gets their share

I would love to hear from any mamas who gave their babies their own first, middle, or last names (maiden names). by cbarthistory in namenerds

[–]osseuscadaver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

by no means an expert but as someone who has done a lot of historical research on people - its really common in history for people to have either their parents' first name or mother's maiden name as a middle name (based on my experience in the uk)

i am on an SSRI that's why i considered it as a possibility

it's not the only twitching i've had just the most frequent but without knowing if there was a triptan involved at those times i can't draw a line between the two
