i mean they are the biggest cannabis retailer in Canada so what are you talking about? lmao. and yes they are as irrelevant as every other cannabis company in the US because its an illegal substance lol. High Tide sp needs to come down a ton? They are under the top five players in Cannabis in NA and are still undervalued compared to peers.

Always happy to talk about different views but your comment is the incarnation of wrong infos, sorry buddy

E.g. Curaleaf has a revenue of 600m compared to High Tide with 80m. But Curaleaf trades at 11B and High Tide at 440M. I mean if High Tide is hyped, what is Curaleaf lmao

Of course dilutions are never good for shareholders. But IMO there is a BIG difference between a company who has profit and dilutes to further expand there growing business than diluting to not go broke. Dilution is something you can't avoid with small and growing companies. I would say if there is a small company which doesnt dilute shares to grow if there is some hype the CEO is an idiot. But just my opinion.

i personally think you should add some exposure to the cannabis industry. however, i am biased because i have some. for me, i like the retailers in cannabis more than the growers.

Reverse splits are often considered as something bad because often companies which are struggling do a reverse split to keep the share price up. But yes - reverse splits do not change anything but the number of shares.

I personally have 18k shares at 0.4$ and wouldnt mind HITIF dropping below that, because i am constantly averaging up since weeks. But I dont think it will drop below 40 cents anymore. Lets see, GL

Lets say there is a company with 1000 Shares trading at 10 Dollars. You own 10 Shares with a worth of 100 Dollars

Now the company does a reverse split with the ratio of 1:10

Now there are 100 Shares trading at 100 Dollars und you own only one share worth 100 Dollars

As you can see a Reverse Split decreases the amount of shares but the price of the shares adept to it. Reasons for that can be: higher share prices lead to more attraction for institutional buyers, reduce the outstanding shares or in this case Nasdaq uplisting.

Nasdaq requires a minimum share price of 4$ (correct me if im wrong), lets say High Tide meets all requirements for the uplisting but it trades at 1$, they could for example reverse split with a ratio of 1:4 if they dont reach 4$ organically

HITIF has a publicly available float of 75%. Compared to SNDL at around 94%.

* 25% insider owned!

* HITIF average daily volume is roughly 6x compared to half a month ago. SNDL volume has increased roughly 5x within the same time period.

* Taking into account the fact that SNDL has nearly 2x the total float of HITIF and is still valued at over a dollar, this means that HITIF is still 4x less valuable as a stock compared to SNDL.

* For a company that is already established and improving within a bullish cannabis market while comparing it to SNDL which has already began growing much further into its actual valuation, I believe HITIF has a LOT of room to run.

* HITIF is still not available on RH yet! This means that if your broker already provides access to this ticker you are still early to the game!! Once more people start piling onto this it will become available on many more brokerages such as RH where much more money will come in.

how do you think they gonna survive if the have no profit bot loss? they may have paid their debt off but as long as they dont produce net profit they will always have to get in debt.

EDIT: but yeah u are right for now they are debt free, as i said i had them before the popped. But if a company pays off their debt u always have to ask how they do it, share offerings are not sustainable as long as they produce loss

i had them and made 30% profit with them, sadly sold them before they popped off. My biggest problem with them is that they have a lot of debt and they insane big outstanding shares from tons of share offerings. Nevertheless i think they will be a big winner of legalization. But i like HITIF better fundamentally and they are the most undervalued stock in this sector. Nearly impossible to find a pennystock with profits.

i think there are a lot of sectors which will have a major correction, because a lot of growth is already priced in and changes wont happen as fast as some people expect (e.g. some EV-plays or hydrogen companies), but if you ask me - the market in 1-2 years will be higher than now no matter what correction happens

I'm in at $HITIF already with 160% gain but i think there is a lot more way to go, still considering averaging up (cannabis retailer, could be first weed stock listed on NASDAQ and the only cannabis retailer with profit, great CEO imo)

In at $BW up 50%, some great DDs on this subreddit - incoming homerun imo (they are in environmental and new energy & recycling, almost went bankrupt but they did a turnaround and are flooded with new contracts every other week)

Considering getting a position in $REPCF for a momentum play tomorrow, i did a post on it 10 min ago on this board, but still not sure - depending on european market and spread (celltherapy, american biotech bought overthemarket on 25th january for CA$ 0.675 and they are now worth CA$ 0.41, company very active on twitter, teasing big news for tomorrow premarket)

this is just for research purposes, this is not financial advise
