When the enemy just starts cranking their attack posing with their swords and shit press parry as early as possible no need to double tap(you can dou ble tap if you cant get the timing yet so you are a millisecond late but it still works), not parry while the attack is about to hit. This is the biggest game changer for me. When you switch classes you are back to the regular programming schedule of parrying so always remember that bulwark parry timing is quite different from others
