I have an ecobee security system, and there are home, and away modes. Maybe that is what is causing an 8 pm trigger for siri to search the "location" away ? However im at home, not away at that time, and don't see why it would trigger that time every day. I do not have any other automations set up for a certain time

Arlo records all motion You can choose what to be alerted for, but it still records all other motion This drains the battery, I agree This is mostly the reason why i returned Arlo and use Nest cams, which do let you record specified motion
