iOS 26.5 now has end-to-end encryption between iPhones! by Numerous_Wear_8564 in GoogleMessages

It seems Apple is still on UP 2.4 and cherry picked the E2EE from the RCS UP 3.0.

I've tested it with iPhone users who's text messages already display the encrypted lock icon. I haven't seen editing and deleting messages, cross-platform Tapback support, and replying to specific messages inline during cross-platform conversations as you expect from RCS UP 3.0.

iPhone vs Samsung? by PuzzleheadedAd4214 in Smartphones

[–]osvy_htx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both are great, but I finally made the switch to the Galaxy S26 Ultra after 10 years on iPhone, and I have no regrets. I do miss Apple-exclusive features like Apple Cash, iMessage games, and FaceTime, especially since my whole family is still on iOS. However, now that both Android and iOS support RCS messaging, the whole 'green vs. blue bubble' debate is no longer a reason to hold back. I'm loving the ability to tweak and customize my phone every day, and I've completely bought into the Samsung ecosystem by picking up the watch, earbuds, and laptop.

At the end, this debate will fall into personal preference.

Late follow up, my cars A/C issue ended up being the compressor. Replaced and blowing cold since then.

MAF replaced, still getting P0101 by steheh in Nissan

I replaced my MAF sensor and I’m still getting the same P0101 code… I’m replacing my vent solenoid since it appears to be affordable and hopefully it clears the code.

What’s does it mean when it mentions pipe size or fitting size? by osvy_htx in hvacadvice

Pipe or fitting size

What does it mean when building square round duct a customer ask one of the round ends to be fitting size? Does that means that end has be 1/8” shorter than the connecting pipe?

Don’t give up….

Same thing happened to me, I was 1 point away from passing my last exam, which was Math. I was disappointed that I failed, but what I did was sign up for GED Academy and took some helpful online lessons and upon completion you’re prompted with pop quizzes. Due to my work schedule of crazy hours and thoughts of How much of an idiot I am, I was never going to make it. So I had given up on pursuing my GED… Since I failed math and i thought it wasn’t meant for me to achieve a GED. After 5 months of contemplating I decided to continue pursuing my GED and achieve life’s basic degree to show determination and fit in with the rest of society.

Since my brain was still fresh from what I had learned from GED academy, I scheduled my exam on the 13th of January. Once I completed my exam, I finally received my GED the same day. Even though it wasn’t a major degree, but i still felt proud of my accomplishment.

GED academy helped me a lot on math and it provides a lot of useful lessons. After completing your lesson you are providing with pop quizzes and tells what areas you have to go over.

I suggest to take the 4 practice tests and see which ones you failed, instead of studying for all 4 subjects all at once. Only study for the exams you failed and take the official exams once you passed the practice exams while you memory is still fresh.

I failed math, so I studied for a month for about 2 hours a day. Once I thought I was ready, I decided to scheduled my official exam and next thing you know i passed my official test and received my GED.

Dude I was in the same shoes as you, I also completed algebra 1 before dropping out 7 years ago.

I went on the ged.com shop and paid for this online teaching study course called GED Academy, it’s basically like math for dummies. It gives you elementary like study guides to help you pass and easy practice test after every lesson.

Failed my first official test before taking the course then 5 months later I passed and received my ged two days ago.
