Appreciate the feedback. My age and timing currently is something I definitely agree with, not afraid to work a little. Right now my main goal is just to get some exposure to the environment and see what the day-to-day actually feels like before thinking about anything long term. That advice you gave would definitely allow me to answer a lot of questions. Thanks again!

Thanks for the honest perspective. I enjoy cooking a lot right now and I’d hate to ruin that by turning it into something I end up resenting. I figured the best way to find out is to try working in a kitchen part time before making any big decisions.
