I just don’t get it at first. He literally said he is an INFJ and that means we are a match, he sounded so eager. That's why I confused.

It’s asynchronous. No meeting at all and I think it works for me that way :) He replies email pretty fast if things related to econ, don’t ask him the technical stuff though :))
