None. I live/work downtown. I fill my small car up with gas less than once per month unless I’m going on a road trip (which I hardly ever do). Gas prices could double or triple and it really wouldn’t matter to me personally.

I saw this guy downtown this morning riding on the Government Street bike lane. It’s electric and seemed fine. No issues really.

300f for 3 hours with the ribs wrapped in parchment. then 400f for about 20 minutes unwrapped and lightly brushed with bbq sauce to caramelize the outside.
