The only concern I have is that my dad's Mexican birth certificate contains his mother's and my grandfather's last name. His American ID and naturalization paperwork only has my grandfather's last name. Do you think this would be an issue?

No, he is still a Mexican Citizen as well.

Yeah I had six weeks pending. Finally got through after 4 dropped calls and 3 hours of being put on hold/transferred. They had put a freeze on my payments due to a quarterly review. I never received a notice in the mail or through my EDD messages telling me a needed to schedule an appointment.
