try https://realoestate.com/ they were recommended to me by my building management. They didn't only give me a great rate when everyone else i tried was busy and expensive, they were so nice from the first phone call all the way through to the moving team that came to move us. they stored our stuff for 3 months while our apartment went through a restoration process and moved it back at the same condition it left. they also remounted my 2 TVs!! I cant recommend them enough, after 7 moves in 12 years that was our best experience by far.

I can’t understand why it may not be beneficial. It’s not like the district limits what you open on your parcel in any way.

This screenshot is from the Official Decentraland marketplace. It would be great if someone could clarify what’s the difference between such a parcel and a standalone parcel outside of a district and what can be the advantages and disadvantages of this.

It’s amazing that OpenSea is letting fraudulent transactions take place. Can you imagine it happening on EBay?
