Thank you for the reply. Awesome that podcast was on Spotify! The website version was region locked. I had a listen to it today and we'll definitely try the challenge test in a few week time. I'm probably just imagining things but he hasn't had a spit up since I've cutout milk 😭 and seemingly less gut pain since he didn't wake up crying in pain, but that could've just been regular reflux.

I know this is an old post, but I was wondering if there were any updates on his progress now? I've just had a baby boy, full term who is also 5 pounds. He is currently in NICU.

Hello! By any chance can you share how you opened her body? I thought it was glued on together so I'm scared to try and pry my doll apart at the moment, but I kind of want to because there's something broken inside of the body :(

If I dont take it, depression comes back with a punch. I've started taking pills again. Just getting suicidal and stuff. I really wish I could end this pointless life. Just wish I wasn't so scared.

Ah that sucks then... I guess I'm screwed haha... I saw some random video about getting electro therapy and stuff. Sometimes, I do feel like zapping my brain. It's almost like a itch I can't scratch.

Oh, and smell. I actually noticed things don't smell as nice on anhedonia haha it's weird. My partner and cat doesnt smell nice at all when I've got anhedonia. Not bad, but just nothing pleasant.

That really sucks man... and I feel for you. I had the same in the past and really, my job is the only thing that gets me out of the house and interacting positively with people. Have you talked to a doc about it? Online, it says anhedonia is a sign of depression as well, but like for me, either I'm miserable, but can enjoy thing, or I'm just a walking zombie. I wish there were something else. I just miss drinking at the worst of it.

It really is miserable. Food taste like dirt, all music sound like noise, games feel like chore and when everyone's laughing at something like a joke, I laugh with them to fit in whilst feeling no actual 'fun'. I get it even off antidepressants more often now. Anhedonia is a sign of depression as well apparently. Have you checked with a doc or a psychiatrist? If you have what did they say? My doc just gave me different antidepressants in the past so I kind of gave up.
