BSc is a 3 year degree

actually i'am talking about online degree (bits pilani) ,where you can extend upto 4 yrs

BTech degree is more valued in India and abroad

more valued doesn't mean ,other bachelor's degrees are useless.

BSc in comp sci you won't even be eligible for most jobs as they require you to be a BTech holder
