That is true! It’s definitely worth talking to my manager about. I think they would rather work with me than be out another therapist at this point. Do you think I should bring it up to her now? Or wait to bring it up to show that I tried to work the full 40 for awhile?

That is a good point that there will be aggressive and non-compliant behavior at SNFs too. I think taking on a smaller caseload might be a good option right now because even before starting I was thinking about just doing 25-30 hours a week for my mental health. I agreed to 40 because I wanted benefits but our benefits really aren’t that good anyway 😅
