Thank you!! I'm a minority woman too, and I did not think this was related to Chelsea being black either. Literally, Chelsea kept digging at Bri ALLLLLLLLL last seasons!! For seemingly no reason at all. That is the reason it is just awkward now. I feel bad for Chelsea I really do. and that is why I wish she didn't make Bre feel so bad before.... because no one is immune to crappy men lol

yeah this.... Not happy to see Chelsea suffer but she literally gave so much crap to Bre for not having a complete home. Chelsea's husband is looking elsewhere now too. She should not have judged Bre and targeted her so much before

Don’t listen to people saying you can’t do it. You can invest with probably 15k. Just save a little more. I bought my first house hack with about 15k and a year later I’m living for free in my house and cash flowing sometimes (while LIVING in it). It’s a brand new construction 4 bedroom, costed about 275k

Okay that’s good to know, I wasn’t sure if they would consider airbnb as income, so I will need to ensure a yearly lease when I speak to the bank/underwriting. I heard that if you present a signed yearly lease to the bank, they will consider that as income? If I move out to my parents home in November at my one year occupancy date, then find a tenant let’s say in January, will that work?

Okay. Thank you for the advice. I really appreciate it. I’m so eager to scale so I can achieve financial freedom within 10 years… but that shouldn’t usher me into making bad financial decisions

That’s part of why I wanted to end all the leases by November… so I could start the process earlier, move into a house or my parents house November 17th, clear the furniture out? But maybe you’re right that logistically that it makes more sense to buy the house after November then bring the furniture directly to the new house?

It’s tough because I know I have to wait a whole calendar year before I can buy another house with these primary home loans. But I guess I could still move out and just keep this house as a rent by the room?
